What is the Illuman Online Community?

This is an online space for all male-identified persons to connect with one another, share thoughts, ideas, and resources, and help each other along our spiritual journeys. Similar to a social networking platform, it offers places to post content and have discussions with other men without all of the noise, advertising, and toxicity of more public platforms. It's a safe space where you can let down your armor and be real with other men.*

*Please note: because of this desire to create a safe place for men to be vulnerable, we ask that women refrain from joining the site. Sadly, it's often hard for men to take off their masks when women are present.

Who is Illuman?

We are a spiritual movement of men helping men deepen in connection with ourselves, each other, Spirit, and the needs of the world. Rooted in contemplative practice and inspired/founded by the Franciscan mystic and teacher Richard Rohr, we are non-denominational, interfaith, and spiritually inclusive, welcoming all male-identified persons to our work without regard for your religion, race, ethnicity, class, education, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic that might make you feel excluded.
